Asessippi Parkland Assisted Living Project to Proceed:

The Board of Directors of the Asessippi Parkland Assisted Living Project will proceed with their
plans to build a 36 unit life lease senior housing facility beginning this construction season
pending final approval of financing. The facility, which will be located on Russell’s Main Street,
is expected to be completed by fall 2013.

The committee has received strong support from the community through the sale of life
leases, corporate sponsorship and private donations. In addition, the Town of Russell, Village
of Binscarth, and Rural Municipalities of Russell and Shellmouth-Boulton see the community
benefits of this worthwhile project and have stepped forward with generous donations.

The Board is now in the process of finalizing the financial details and securing project financing.
They anticipate having this in place by late spring so that construction can begin this summer.
