Your Building

Located on Main Street in Russell, this beautiful 2 story complex will contain 28 spacious one and two bedroom units.  These units will vary in size from 590 sq. ft. to 1055 sq. ft. with a mix of 14 one-bedroom suites and 14 two-bedroom suites.  In addition, the facility boasts:

  • Generous green space for the quiet enjoyment of residents & guests
  • Wheel chair accessibility
  • Laundry facilities (in-suite in larger units & shared for smaller units)
  • Appropriate common areas including common lounge, kitchen areas, passive and active recreation rooms.
  • Assisted living components for meals & housekeeping services.
  • A Room for visiting professionals to provide personal services (i.e. Hairdressing, Massage, Nail Care, etc.)
  • Parking spaces will be available at a cost of  $25 per month.

    This is a view of the building as one would see it from Main Street, looking to the south east.  The east facing windows here will provide early morning sunshine to the common and dining area and lots of natural light for activities and visiting throughout the day.  This is a beautiful building that both tenants and the community would be proud of for years and years to come.




    This is the south side of the building, where tenants will be able to enjoy warm summer evenings in the privacy of their own balcony and warm sunshine all year round.
